Tradition plus style.
For decades, the curbs of Norman neighborhoods have been painted with house numbers, making it easier for emergency response, service providers, and your guests to locate the correct address. We offer several special designs to make your curb stand out and we protect it all with a clear acrylic coat. You’re set for years!
Just to be clear, that’s Anthony Hopkins in Remains of the Day. NOT Silence of the Lambs. Because that would be in poor taste. ::cough::
Notes to the customer:
*Traditionally, house numbers are on the two “shoulders” of the driveway, or immediately at the beginning of the straight curb. Some houses have paths that lead from the front door to the curb, and this is the location of the house number. And some are placed under the mailbox. Normally, we locate the previous position of the numbers and place the new ones there after cleaning. If you have any instructions on placement, please put them in the comments of the order form. We can then contact you if we have any need for clarification.
*Curb shapes and sizes vary greatly across Norman (while some neighborhoods don’t have them at all). The concrete texture can sometimes be sufficiently pitted and rough that it is very challenging to use stencils. In the end, it’s art! We expect our work to be of good quality, and will discuss with you if we foresee any problems. We aim to please!
*Further designs are being planned and tested. We welcome your suggestions!
